Description

DISCOVER THE ICONIC TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
(A playing ground to the Tusker Giants – Elephants)

Located in the Northern Tourist circuit of the country, Tarangire is the park with tranquility, less congestion but alternating melodies of birds and elephants along the dawn and dusk.

Tarangire holds the Savannah view with over 300 elephants herding in the grassy, skyline and stubby branches of the Baobab trees.

A pretty game view particularly in the winter times of the peak season. Buffaloes, antelopes and other tames can easily be viewed grazing in marshes into the verdant grassy fields.

The vicinity of Kolo that marks ancient rock paintings would easily be spotted crowned by over 500 species of birds.

Away from the busier North, the Southern end of the Park, suits for camping, where from walking safaris and hot balloon trips allow the guests to immerse their deep desire of experiencing and exploring the heart of Africa’s Natural Beauty.
